In this VLOG video, we're going to dive into what mking your rock your foundation means. This is my personal story of what happened to me, and how I overcame it and still overcoming lifes trails. It aint always easy but its worth it.
Never Give Up
Give up on the right things like beng afraid to follow your dreams or not walking into your unknown but never give up on you. When I was going through I had so many things trying to keep my down.. even my own self. My problem was it that I had gotten so used to being disapointed alll the time that my peace felt foreign to me. I had a past of alot of betrayal and just not feeling safe until I learned to take control of it. The key was not just to understand the pain but to understand the growth from it all. I was no longer who I once was, so those things couldn't penetrate me like they used to.
This is one of the best forms of alchemy when you can truly discern what is no longer serving you. Those past thoughts and energies didn't serve me anymore. The trauma that endured didn't serve me anymore..so I had it let it go and start completly over. Are you ready to start over from a clean slate and create the life you want?

When you think that you are weak, that is only your lower self telling you to not have courage. Your higher self is always routing for you and pushing you to be your greater self. Once you make the decision to be your best self, then your world of possibilities opens to you because you've allowed your mind to expand.
